redpill Spy can only be opened by typing your secret password. So what do you do when you have lost your password?

So what do you do when you are only using the free version of redpill Spy (redpill Spy Light) and you have lost your password?

To reset your password back to the default password you can reinstall redpill Spy. Your previous installation will automatically be removed by the new installation. Unfortunately, you will loose your recorded data of the previous installation when you reinstall (if this is a problem you can always upgrade to Basic or Pro so that you can recover the password).

Unlike other keylogger companies that just ask their users to add the program to the ‘White List’ of their antivirus/anti-spy ware, redpill keeps on improving redpill Spy’s ability to stay undetected even though it is a well known keylogger.

You always could have viewed data for any user from any user account on your computer in redpill spy. There was however a problem that you couldn’t have changed the settings from any account and you needed to change the settings from the same account that you used the first time. If you tried you got a message saying “Unable to change the settings from this account …”.

This is now fixed in version 4.54. You can now also change the settings from any user account on the computer.
